Nature of Coaching

Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. You are entering into this coaching relationship with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. If at any point it becomes clear that coaching is not the appropriate intervention for you, we can openly discuss alternative options and support you in your onward journey.


Rescheduling and Cancellations

Things happen, so if you need to reschedule, please do so within at least 24 hours notice. In the event of an emergency or circumstances out of your control, please get in contact with me at least one hour before the session in order to reschedule. I reserve the right to cancel or prohibit rescheduling, without refund, following repeated last minute notice.


Late or Missed Sessions

If you are running late for a session, please contact me as soon as possible. No matter what time we start, we will finish the session at the prearranged time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 30 minute session, or 20 minutes late for a 1 hour session, then the session will need to be rescheduled. If you reschedule due to lateness on many occasions then I reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship without refund. If you fail to give any notice and miss a session altogether, you will not automatically be refunded. In exceptional circumstances, you may contact me to request a refund. At all times I reserve the right to decide if a refund will be given.


Ending the Coaching Relationship

If at point you wish to terminate the coaching relationship early, notification must be given by email within 1 weeks’ notice of the next arranged session. A refund for remaining sessions, minus any package discount, will be given.


Contact

At the time of your session, it is your responsibility to initiate contact at the prearranged time through the method indicated at the time of booking. You may do so using either Skype (voice call or video), WhatsApp (voice call), or over the telephone.

In between sessions, you may email me at any time or text at any reasonable time of day. I will endeavour to respond as soon as I am able.


Insurance

I am fully insured and will endeavour to maintain my professional indemnity insurance and comply with legal requirements.


Confidentiality

I recognise that anything you share with me is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information. Unless required to do so by law (for example if you or someone else is in danger), I will undertake not to, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information you share with me during our sessions without your expressed permission. Behaviour

Our coaching relationship should be built on mutual respect, trust, and understanding.

Causing offence by being abusive, aggressive, rude, shouting, making threats, pestering, using offensive language, or by making unreasonable demands, unsubstantiated accusations, or allegations will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship, without refund, on these grounds at any time.

If I ever say or do anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concerns with the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective you have to be honest with me, and we must endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Pro Bono Clients

If you have been offered a pro bono session or package, you agree to complete all prearranged sessions, forms, and provide a testimonial within requested deadlines. Your contribution is very much appreciated.
